Chartered on May 22, 1988, Rho Theta Omega Chapter is excited to celebrate our 36th year of service to the Greater Philadelphia area this year.

Under the leadership of International President, Charletta Wilson Jacks , the members of Rho Theta Omega enjoy creating exciting programs and service opportunites  which encompass eight international service targets during 2026- 2030 years.
